Client Relationship Officer

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Officer to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will build trusted relationships, ensure smooth communication, and coordinate internal processes to deliver a seamless and satisfying customer experience across our consulting services.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person.

Understand clients’ needs and direct them to the appropriate consulting service (student visas, migration, business consultancy, etc.).

Manage and update client records, appointments, and service status in the CRM system.

Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinate with internal departments (consultants, documentation team, finance) to ensure timely service delivery.

Schedule consultations, send reminders, and assist clients with document submissions and checklists.

Maintain a positive client experience through clear communication, empathy, and service excellence.
Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (preferably in education, travel, consultancy, or service industries).

Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus).

Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and organizational abilities.

Familiarity with CRM tools and office software (Excel, email, cloud docs).

Polished, courteous, and solutions-oriented demeanor.
