Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Student Visa Consultant to guide students through their journey to study abroad. You will be responsible for handling end-to-end consulting—from university selection to visa documentation—ensuring a smooth and successful experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized counseling to students on study destinations including the UK, Australia, Canada, USA, New Zealand, and Europe.

• Assess students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial situations to recommend suitable programs and institutions.

• Assist in the application process: documentation, SOP writing, admissions, and correspondence with universities.

• Guide students on visa procedures, prepare checklists, and ensure timely and complete submission of visa files.

• Keep updated on immigration laws, admission deadlines, visa rules, and educational trends in various countries.

• Coordinate with external partners such as universities, embassies, and educational bodies.

• Conduct pre-departure briefings and assist students with accommodation and travel planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, International Relations, or Education).

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student visa consulting or international education.

• Strong knowledge of student visa processes for major countries.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage).

• High level of accuracy, organization, and professionalism.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently.
