1. Service Nature
Gladius Consultants (Pvt) Ltd provides consultancy and facilitation services related to visa processing, university admissions, migration guidance, and business consultancy.
Due to the nature of these services, outcomes such as visa approvals are subject to third-party authorities (embassies, consulates, institutions), and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients must notify us immediately if they wish to cancel a service.
- Cancellations are only considered before the service process has been initiated.
- Once an application or service process has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payments made by the client
- Payments made in error
- Service has not been initiated by our team
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by management.
4. Non-Refundable Payments
The following payments are strictly non-refundable:
- Government or embassy fees
- Third-party charges (including but not limited to VFS, courier, translation, or legal services)
- Any service that has already been completed or is in progress
5. Refund Method
All approved refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used during the transaction (i.e., the payment-initiated source such as credit card, debit card, or online payment account).
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on the payment provider and banking procedures.
