1. Service Description

Gladius Consultants (Pvt) Ltd provides consulting and facilitation services to clients seeking:

  • Student visas and university admissions
  • Migration and other visa services
  • Business consultancy including company formation (local and international)

For visa and immigration-related services, we are only responsible for the following:

  • Receiving from applicants their passport, completed visa forms, supporting documentation, and applicable fees.
  • Submitting the Documents to the respective Embassies, online platforms, or visa processing centers (e.g., VFS), on behalf of the applicant.
  • Collecting the Documents from Embassies or centers and returning them to the applicant.

Important: The grant or refusal of a visa is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy or consulate. GC is not liable for any delays or denials.

2. Fees and Payments

You agree to pay all applicable fees, including:

  • Government or embassy visa application fees
  • GC service charges
  • Any applicable taxes

All fees are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Gladius Consultants (Pvt) Ltd operates a no-refund policy for all visa-related services.

  • Notify us immediately if you wish to cancel before submission to the Embassy.
  • No refund will be issued once your application is launched or submitted.
4. Communication and Consent

By using our services, you consent to be contacted via email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp for service updates, appointment scheduling, and promotional material.

5. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. GC is not liable for issues caused by false or incorrect submissions.

6. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation in any way.

7. Data Security and Privacy

We take steps to secure your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

GC is not liable for visa rejections, delays, or indirect losses arising from the use of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
